New bank card? Want to set up direct debit? These changes can be made by logging in to your DollarHub and clicking Payment details, near the top of the page. Click Update next to your payment method to make changes. After you’ve updated the payment details, click Save details.

Please keep in mind that changes to your payment details may take a few days to reach us on the other end. Depending on when you make a change, your payment method may not update until after the next payment date.
