I have a complaint. Who can I talk to?

We hope that every customer is happy with their policy and our customer support. But we also want to know if this isn’t the case! Feedback, comments and complaints help us learn from our mistakes and fix things going forward, so please share.

If we don’t resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you can take it to the Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman Scheme (IFSO Scheme). The IFSO Scheme is a free and independent service which we are a member of. They can help settle any dispute in line with New Zealand law.
