Life can be hard. That’s why we’ve made our claims process as quick and easy as possible.
You send us the claim, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Step 1: Gather the details
Download & complete either the Life Benefit, Funeral Benefit or Terminal Illness Benefit Claim Form (whichever suits your needs).
You’ll also need to provide certified copies of certain documents, such as a death certificate (a complete list of what we’ll need from you is on each form).

Step 2: Send us everything
Email or post the completed form and necessary documents to:

Step 3: We’ll be in touch
A dedicated Claims Manager will take care of the rest and keep you updated as we review the claim.
All valid claims are paid as quickly as possible after we’ve received the necessary forms and documents, so you can get on with what’s really important.
