We consider a Kiwi or New Zealand resident to be anyone who resides in New Zealand at the time of application and:

• holds New Zealand or Australian citizenship; or
• holds a New Zealand permanent residency visa; or
• has been in New Zealand continuously for at least 6 months on a valid temporary work visa.
